Our Campuses
ALACC operates out of two campuses in Melbourne-Preston and Dandenong.Both our campuses are located close to a wide variety of restaurants including fine dining and fast food and shopping that ranges form basic groceries to clothes and accessories. Both suburbs are serviced by trains and are very well connected by buses,while preston has an additional advantage of tram services as well. ALACC is currently leasing both its teaching facilities.
Our Preston campus has facilities designed to support students and make their life as easy as possible.
In Dandenong a conference room is highed for three days a week which is fully equiped with teaching equipement and internet connection.
Computer and Internet access

With fast paced globalisation, it’s undeniable that computers are the future for everything.
With internet becoming the data source for any information, it is becoming increasingly necessary even for health professionals to be computer savvy.
Keeping this in mind, we have designed an open computer lab at ALACC where students can enjoy unlimited access to a computer and Internet from 8.30 am to 8.30pm.

Library (Preston Campus)
At ALACC, we believe in providing our students a holistic learning experience. In addition to receiving all materials free of cost relevant to your lectures, as a student of ALACC, you will have access to our vast collection of extra resource material ranging from books, video cassettes and CD’s. The materials cover a wide array of subjects including personal skills development.

Well Equipped Classrooms
|
Both of ALACC’s campuses have modern style classrooms. They are equipped with comfortable individual seating, adequate lighting, a computer and projectors. Additionally, to enable practical experience in Preston campus, a laboratory equipped with beds, wheelchairs, resources for provision of care service and all other material required to demonstrate aged, disability and community caring within a classroom.

Student recreational areas
“All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.” ALACC’s Preston campus has areas where a student can relax or take a break. Situated behind the computer library is the “Student Study Area”, a place where students often hang around in groups, studying or simply catching up with each other. Another popular student hang out is the dining area which also includes Kitchen facilities. Students also get free tea, coffee, milk and snacks in between classes.

Job assistance program
|
ALACC offers programs and services to assist you with your preparation for entering or re-entering the workforce. Assistance is provided to international students to wise up for working in Australia. Guidance is given over a range of activities including resume writing skills, time management, dress code, job searching, networking and facing an interview.

Student work placements
As a part of the government regulation, students enrolled in some of the courses are required to gain practical experience during their education. ALACC assists international and local students in securing these placements.
