TRAINER (CERTIFICATE III IN AGED CARE)

ALACC is seeking Qualified Trainers with TAA4 and TAE to fill the positions of Trainer (Certificate III in Aged Care).  Applicants must have at least 1 -2 years of experience in relevant industries, and must have full knowledge about assessments and training requirements. 

The applicant must possess the ability to work well within a multicultural team, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including interpersonal skills with clients, management and staff. 

This position is on a casual basis with award rates.  Previous experience of working within an RTO or Education Institute is preferred.

DIPLOMA OF NURSING COORDINATOR AND TRAINER 

ALACC is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team as a Nursing Coordinator and Trainer for our Diploma of Nursing (Enrolled Nursing/Division 2) programme.  

The position offers you the opportunity to:
• Co-ordinate the design, development, delivery and evaluation of innovative, high quality vocational education and training in the Diploma of Nursing program.
• Coordinate staff training resources and student administration of the program.
• Develop flexible learning and assessment strategies to meet the learning needs of a range of students.
•  Interact with other organisations, and our teaching and administration staff.

Applicants must be tertiary qualified with a Bachelor of Nursing, and must possess a TAE or recent TAA (with intention to upgrade) Certificate IV.  Successful applicants will have at least 5 years of acute care experience.  Demonstrated expertise in managing and coordinating training programs will be highly regarded.

The applicant must possess the ability to work well within a multicultural team, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including interpersonal skills with clients, management and staff. 

This position is on a casual basis for an initial 3 months, before conversion to a permanent role, and based on award rates.
